Our story in 5 dates

2009 - Founded by 3 ex-palace professionals

The agency was founded by Marc Lefevre (ex-Carlton, Clefs d'Or 2007), Sandrine Reynaud (ex-Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, sommelier) and Pierre Vasseur (ex-Majestic, yachting expert). First office at 12 rue d'Antibes, team of 4.

2012 - Yachting department

Pierre Vasseur takes exclusive charge of yachting. 12 yacht owners as direct partners across Cannes-Antibes-Monaco. Capacity to mobilise a yacht within 24 hours established.

2015 - 45 La Croisette + events

Move into our current premises (300 sqm on the 3rd floor, view over the Palais des Festivals). Creation of an events department for the Festival, Monaco GP, Cannes Lions, MIPIM. 12 staff.

2020 - Launch of residential retainers

During Covid, launch of monthly retainer packages for second-home owners stranded abroad. This service today represents 30 % of our revenue.

2024 - ISO 9001 certification

Complete redesign of processes + ISO 9001 certification (Bureau Veritas audit, November 2024). 25 permanent staff.

Senior account managers (8 people)

All with 5+ years of luxury experience (palace or concierge). Specialisations: Festival events, weddings, long-stay residential, yachting, real estate rental, Cannes Lions.

Junior account managers (10 people)

Profiles with hospitality diplomas + 2-5 years of hotel experience. All trilingual minimum. 18 months of internal training before progression to senior.

Field technical team (3 people)

Dedicated technicians intervening within 1-3 hours at villas for air-conditioning failures, pool issues, quick repairs. Available 7 days a week in high season.

Seasonal reinforcements (40 people)

In high season (April-September + Festival/GP): multilingual VIP hostesses, chauffeurs, event assistants, freelance personal shoppers. All briefed on our standards.

Our method in 5 phases

Phase 1 - In-depth brief (free, 1-2 hours)

Before proposing anything, we listen to you: tastes, constraints, preferences (brands, restaurants), programme, deal-breakers. This brief can last 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on complexity. Free, no commitment.

Marc's tip

The more precise the brief, the better the result. Allow 90 minutes by video or in person. Prepare it as you would a wedding planner brief.

Phase 2 - Detailed quote within 48 hours

Quote structured line by line (typically 4-6 pages). Clean separation between our fees and partner services (at net price). Always 2-3 options per item to adjust to your budget priorities. No hidden commission, partner invoices available on request.

Phase 3 - Production (4 weeks to 6 months)

Provider contracting, personalised briefings (preferences + NDA), menu tasting if a private chef is involved, virtual or physical villa visit, welcome packs (welcome bag, schedule), 7-day and 1-day-out checks.

Phase 4 - On-the-day coordination

Single dedicated account manager, reachable 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp, email. Single point of contact for all partners: you never have to explain your file twice. For complex events: field team present on site for 12-16 hours.

Phase 5 - Debrief (within 7 days)

Phone or video call (30 minutes): what worked, what needs improvement, your preferences to be logged for future stays. Confidential client file updated to anticipate your future visits.
