The Cannes concierge job market in 2026

Cannes and the Cote d'Azur are home to a significant share of French luxury concierge agencies, due to the density of international clientele, palace hotels and major events (Festival, Monaco GP, MIPIM). In 2026, around 80 active firms are estimated across the Cannes-Monaco-Saint-Tropez area, employing between 600 and 900 people on a full-time-equivalent basis.

The market is seasonal: hiring peaks in April (Festival preparation), April-May (summer preparation) and August for seasonal reinforcements. Permanent staff are recruited year-round, mainly between October and February.

A tight market: since 2023, recruiting senior trilingual profiles (French/English + 1 rare language) and junior profiles with palace experience has become increasingly difficult. Gross pay has risen by +12% between 2022 and 2026 for expert profiles.

Diversity and inclusion

Our team in figures:

Our best advisers don't all come from hospitality. They often come from atypical careers (commercial flying, high-end jewellery retail, events) which gave them agility and a sense of the client. What matters is attitude.
