Built in 2019 and perched on the hillside of Mougins, Villa Amy offers exceptional panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes, the Lerins Islands and the Esterel massif. Provence stone, full-height glass windows and a wooden-slat pergola: the architecture embraces the light of the South to perfection.

The villa is arranged over four levels designed for togetherness: a large living and dining room opening onto a 250 sqm panoramic terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, five suites with private bathrooms, and a self-contained pool house with its own kitchen and sauna. Every bedroom enjoys a sea or garden view, and two of them have direct access to the landscaped garden.

The outdoor space has been designed as a true holiday retreat: a 16 x 5 metre heated pool, a 2,000 sqm Mediterranean garden, sun loungers, parasols and multi-level wooden terraces. The pool house can host up to 20 guests for a cocktail dinner, independently of the main house.

The location is one of Villa Amy's great assets: a 5-minute walk from the medieval village of Mougins (Michelin-starred restaurants, art galleries, Provencal market), and a 20-minute drive from the Croisette in Cannes and Nice International Airport. The absolute calm of a residential neighbourhood without giving up the buzz of Cannes.

The villa comes with a house manager present during the day and a daily housekeeping service included. On request, our team arranges a private chef, chauffeur, babysitter and any event service.
