Set in the hills of Cannes, at the foot of the Corniche du Paradis, Villa Asgard offers total privacy, tranquillity and exceptional panoramic sea views. The estate spans around 1,000 sqm of living space with 9 en-suite bedrooms, several reception areas, three fully equipped kitchens and a wine cellar. The villa welcomes up to 18 guests in private hotel-style conditions.

The living areas line up a large TV lounge, a second lounge with a slatted screen, a 12-seat dining room graced with a grand piano and sea views, and a bar kitchen with a breakfast corner. The covered outdoor dining room beneath a bioclimatic pergola extends the reception onto the terrace, facing the Bay of Cannes.

The master suite is a self-contained retreat: light wood, a central bed, an adjoining lounge, a dressing room with a safe, a marble bathroom with a bathtub and a wide picture window over the Bay of Cannes. The other suites, all en-suite, are styled in distinct colour and material palettes (beige, gold, emerald green, orange) to host family and friends without compromise.

For wellness, Villa Asgard brings together an outdoor jacuzzi, a hammam, an outdoor gym and a pool house. Leisure facilities include a private floodlit padel court with synthetic turf. The heated infinity pool overlooks the landscaped terraces with sun loungers under parasols and a curved rooftop lounge facing the sea.
