In the heart of the discreet Les Salins neighbourhood, Villa Carla unfolds 900 sqm of gracious living across 6,000 sqm of landscaped gardens dotted with centuries-old umbrella pines. The estate is made up of two entirely independent villas together offering 14 bedrooms and accommodating up to 24 guests, with dazzling sea views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The main villa houses a triple reception room in enfilade beneath a signature ceramic ceiling installation, an open designer kitchen with a central island and a concealed secondary kitchen for the chef, two dining rooms (a 12-seat table and a round 8-seat table) and a master suite with dressing room, marble bathroom and private sea-view terrace. Five further en-suite bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with private marble bathrooms, complete the main villa.

The second villa, entirely independent, offers 6 additional en-suite bedrooms, its own living room, kitchen and self-contained living spaces. This unique configuration is ideal for bringing together a large family, two families of friends or a group, separating adults and teenagers while sharing the outdoor areas and the communal pool.

The outdoor areas live up to the rest: an infinity mirror pool facing the sea with a light stone deck, terraces under pergolas fitted with rope lounges and dining tables, a planted interior patio flowing between the rooms, a summer kitchen and a barbecue corner. The villa also offers a private home cinema with an XXL screen and a lounge adorned with a signature mural depicting the pine forest and the gulf.

Villa Carla is rented with 4 professionals accommodated on site in a dedicated wing: house manager, housekeeper, private chef and chauffeur.
