The villa offers 9 en-suite bedrooms, a double reception, an open kitchen, a panoramic rooftop, a private cinema room, a gym with an American pool table and a large heated 12x6m swimming pool with an independent pool house.

The villa boasts a spectacular double reception with a large contemporary living room dressed in grey velvet sofas and upholstered wall panels, extended by a second TV lounge with an ethanol fireplace, designer black armchairs and gilded pendant lights. The main dining room seats 12 guests around a large oak table beneath chrome pendants, while a second dark-wood dining room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen and the skylight veranda.

Villa Dream offers 9 en-suite bedrooms, including a vast master suite with an upholstered bed, built-in dressing room, marble bathroom, freestanding bathtub and a gilded baroque mirror. The 8 guest bedrooms all feature individual marble bathrooms or walk-in showers, and several suites open directly onto the outdoor terraces and the landscaped garden.

The lower level dedicated to wellness and leisure brings together a private cinema room with a large projection screen and velvet banquettes, a gym equipped for cardio and weight training, a purple-felt American pool table corner and an independent staff apartment for a butler, private chef or event team. A sculptural staircase with a glass balustrade and a crystal pendant light serves all the levels.

The exterior unfolds a landscaped Mediterranean park with a heated 12x6m infinity pool, an independent pool house equipped with a kitchen, a bar and a dining room opening onto the pool, sun loungers, paved pathways and a secure garage. The panoramic rooftop on the top level offers an unobstructed 360-degree view over the rooftops of Cap d'Antibes for cocktails at sunset.
