The pool house is equipped with a piano bar and a nightclub, ideal for event evenings.

Security is handled at a premium level: a closed-circuit CCTV system relayed to security guards and a backup generator in case of a power outage. The property has four parking zones allowing 20 cars to be parked, as well as an independent caretaker's house with an office, living room and bedroom for staff.
