The second lounge, with its walnut media wall, sculpted library and central fireplace, invites you to settle in for winter evenings facing the illuminated bay.

The master suite features a bespoke dressing room and a brown-marble bathroom with a built-in bathtub and rain shower. The 5 guest suites, decorated by Nina Laty in distinct palettes (turquoise, midnight blue, Hermes orange, monochrome), all open onto private terraces or offer direct access to the garden and pool.

For wellness, the villa's private spa brings together a light-wood Scandinavian sauna, a fully equipped Technogym gym and massage cabins. The troglodyte wine cellar, carved into exposed rock, houses the wine collection on designer shelving. Outdoors: a heated infinity pool, a covered pool house with a summer kitchen, built-in fridges and a 10-seat table for waterside lunches.

The panoramic rooftop terrace with sun loungers offers an unobstructed 180-degree view over the bay of Cannes, the Lerins islands (Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat) and the red Esterel massif - the perfect spot for sunset aperitifs. An independent 20 sqm studio with separate access completes the property for household staff or an additional guest.
