The living spaces line up several lounges with distinct atmospheres, a 12-seat dining room beneath metallic bubble pendant lights, a fully equipped professional kitchen with a central island and a covered summer kitchen with a BBQ for poolside meals. A butler's pantry discreetly connects the kitchen to the staff quarters for seamless service.

The master suite is treated as a private apartment: a lounge with a Nespresso area, a bespoke dressing room with a watch winder and safe, a marble bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and direct access to the private TV lounge. The other suites, all en-suite, offer varied worlds of colour and material for guests.

For wellness, the villa's spa brings together a heated jacuzzi beneath a fibre-optic starry-sky ceiling, a sauna, a hammam, a private massage cabin and a large gym. The midnight-blue upholstered home cinema completes the relaxation offering. Outdoors: an infinity pool with a fire pit, submerged sun loungers, landscaped gardens, olive trees, and a multi-sport court (tennis, basketball, volleyball, football) for long family stays.

An independent guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms, with a kitchen, dining room and terrace, completes the property, along with staff quarters of 3 en-suite suites with a kitchen and an 8-seat dining room. The villa is served by a central lift, equipped with air conditioning in every room, Apple TV in the main areas and motion-detection lighting. Our concierge team adds a private chef, house manager, chauffeur, babysitter, a yacht in Cannes or Saint-Tropez and a helicopter on request.
